(1) In the following we inform you about the collection of personal data when using our website. Personal data are all data that can be related to you personally, e.g. B. Name, address, email addresses, user behavior.

(3) When you contact us by e-mail or using a contact form, the data you provide (your e-mail address, possibly your name and telephone number) will be saved by us in order to answer your questions. We delete the data that arises in this context after it is no longer required to store it, or we restrict processing if there are statutory retention requirements.

§ 3 Collection of personal data when you visit our website


(1) When using the website for information purposes only, i.e. if you do not register or otherwise provide us with information transmit, we only collect the personal data that your browser transmits to our server. SSL encryption


This site uses SSL encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as the inquiries you send to us as the site operator. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from "http: //" to "https: //" and by the lock symbol in your browser line.

Usercentrics Consent Management Platform


We use the Usercentrics Consent Management Platform to fulfill the legal obligation according to Art. 7 Para. 1 GDPR. The operator is Usercentrics GmbH, Rosental 4, 80331 Munich. Usercentrics Consent Management Platform collects log file data, user agent (device, browser type, browser language, browser version, resolution) and consent data (consent yes / no, time stamp, data volume, data attributes, controller ID, processor ID, consent ID) via JavaScript. This JavaScript enables Usercentrics GmbH to inform users about certain tags and web technologies on our website and to obtain, manage and document their consent. The legal basis for processing the data is Article 6 Paragraph 1 lit. c GDPR, as we are legally obliged to provide evidence of consent (in accordance with Article 7 Paragraph 1 GDPR). The aim is to know the preferences of our users and to implement them accordingly, as well as to document them in a legally secure manner. The data will be deleted as soon as they are no longer required for our logging and there are no legal retention requirements.

1 & 1 WebAnalytics / IONOS Site Analytics


This website uses the analysis services of 1 & 1-Webanalytics. The provider is 1 & 1 IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, D - 56410 Montabaur. As part of the analyzes with 1 & 1, visitor numbers and behavior (e.g. number of page views, duration of a website visit, bounce rates), visitor sources (i.e. which page the visitor comes from), visitor locations and technical data (browser and operating system versions) to be analyzed. Use of Google Web Fonts

We use this data to ensure the full functionality of our website. In this context, your browser may transmit personal data to gstatic. The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit.f GDPR. The legitimate interest consists in the correct functioning of the website. The data will be deleted as soon as the purpose for which it was collected has been fulfilled. Integration of YouTube videos


(1) We have integrated YouTube videos into our online offering that go to https://www.YouTube.com are stored and can be played directly from our website. These are all in the "extended data protection mode ”, which means that no data about you as a user will be transmitted to YouTube if you do not play the videos. Only when you play the videos will the data mentioned in paragraph 2 be transmitted. We have no influence on this data transfer.


(2) When you visit the website, YouTube receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding subpage of our website. In addition, the data mentioned under Section 3 of this declaration are transmitted. This happens regardless of whether YouTube provides a user account that you are logged in to or whether there is no user account. MapBox


(1) The Mapbox service is used to display interactive maps. When using Mapbox, data about the use of the map functions by visitors is collected, processed and used. Mapbox is a service provided by Mapbox Inc., 740 15th Street NW, 5 th Floor, Washington, District of Columbia 20005, USA.


(2) The legal basis for the use of MapBox is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in optimizing the functionality of our website.


(3) When you visit one of our websites in which the Mapbox service is integrated, Mapbox stores a cookie on your device. As a result, information about your use of our website, including your IP address, is transmitted to a Mapbox server in the USA and stored there. These data are processed for the purpose of displaying the page or to ensure the functionality of the Mapbox service.  Integration of OpenStreetMap

 

 Maps from OpenStreetMap are integrated into this website. OpenStreetMap is a free project with the purpose of collecting freely usable geodata and storing it in a database for use by everyone (open data). So that the maps can be displayed to you, information about the use of this website, including your IP address, is forwarded to OpenStreetMap. These services are operated for the OSM community by the OpenStreetMap Foundation, 132 Maney Hill Road, Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands, B72 1JU, United Kingdom.  Google reCAPTCHA

 

 In order to ensure sufficient data security when submitting forms, we use the reCAPTCHA service from Google Inc. in certain cases. This is mainly used to distinguish whether the input is made by a natural person or improperly by machine and automated processing. The service includes sending the IP address and any other data required by Google for the reCAPTCHA service to Google. The different data protection provisions of Google Inc. apply for this.   Applications

 

  You can apply to us (e.g. by email or post). In the course of your application, we will collect and process the personal application data listed below from you: Name, first name, address, telephone number, email, application documents (application letter, curriculum vitae, references, certificates, etc.)

 

  Your personal application data is collected and processed exclusively for the purpose of filling positions within our company. In principle, your data will only be forwarded to the internal departments and specialist departments of our company responsible for the specific application process. Your application data will not be used or passed on to third parties beyond this. If the application is successful, the data you submit will be stored in our data processing systems on the basis of Section 26 BDSG-new, Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR for the purpose of carrying out the employment relationship.

 

  If we have no vacancy, you reject a job offer, withdraw your application, revoke your consent to data processing or ask us to delete the data, your personal application data will be deleted after a maximum of 6 months. This does not apply if statutory provisions prevent deletion, if further storage is necessary for the purpose of providing evidence or if you have expressly consented to longer storage.
