Hollergasse 7 ready to move in!

On 01.02.2021, the 18 tenants moved into our new building at Hollergasse 7. The property is now already the third new building of Bauenossenschaft Kulmbach within five years. The property has 18 residential units, which are between 50 and 88 m² in size. 11 apartments in this building are socially subsidized.

Update 4 - The first apartments are ready!

Update 3 - reference date has been set

Now it is finally certain: The new tenants of Hollergasse 7 will be able to move into their apartments in the new building from February 1st. The apartments will be completed at the end of October, after which or in parallel the outdoor facilities will be built. The scaffolding is currently being dismantled.

Update 2 - News from the construction site

A.Our new building at Hollergasse 7 was also slowed down a little by the corona pandemic. Although the new building never stood still, there have been one or two delays in recent months. The completion of the property will unfortunately be delayed a little.

The raw assemblies in the heating and sanitary areas in the apartments have already been completed, as has the electrical

rough assembly. The interior plastering work, the laying of the underfloor heating and the screed work are currently taking place.

18 tenants move into this property, who can look forward to ultra-modern living space.

Update 1 - New building at Hollergasse 7

Work on the new building at Hollergasse 7 will continue in winter. The construction progress can be seen from day to day.

The work on the roof has been completed, windows and doors have also already been installed. The drywall and electrical work is currently in progress. Our craftsmen start installing the heating system in mid-January. The new building will be equipped with gas central heating with solar energy support. The elevator, with which all apartments can be reached without problems, is also already in place. All 18 apartments have now been pre-reserved!

Hollergasse 5 was opened

On October 1st, 2019 the time had finally come! The tenants of Hollergasse 5 were finally allowed to move into their apartments. After 16 months of construction, the house with 15 parties was built. The tenants can look forward to modern and attractive living space. A small opening ceremony has also already taken place. Board member Udo Petzoldt warmly welcomed all tenants to their new home with a glass of champagne and a small snack.

A highlight of the new building is certainly the new roof terrace. Above the roofs of Kulmbach you have a wonderful view of the beer city. New lounge furniture invites tenants to linger. The roof terrace should become a meeting point for all tenants.
