What is membership anyway?

With an unconditional declaration of membership signed by you, the subscription of two minimum shares for a total of 800 euros and the payment of the one-time membership fee of 15 euros, you become a member of our cooperative and thus, to a certain extent, a shareholder in our company.

What are the benefits of membership?

Membership and shares in our cooperative entitle you to permanent use of your apartment and a normal usage contract becomes a permanent usage relationship with us. This has the advantage for you that a termination by us due to personal needs is excluded and you are preferred when looking for a new apartment with us.

As a member, you can also enjoy further advantages when booking one of our Guest apartments receive.

If the annual representatives' meeting approves the appropriation of profits for the past financial year, you will also receive a dividend on your paid-up cooperative shares. In the past few years this has always been 1.5%.

How do I cancel my membership?

The entire membership or other cooperative shares paid in during the membership can be canceled at any time in writing up to 30.09. terminated each year. With one available to us within this notice period termination the entire membership or participation with the other shares will then be on 31.12. dissolved and the corresponding amount will be paid to you the following year after the representatives' meeting. If the cancellation is only possible after 30.09. one year with us, your participation can unfortunately not be accepted until December 31st. of the following year and will therefore only be paid out after the representatives' meeting of the year after next. As long as there is still a usage relationship with you, termination is only possible for additional shares. Mandatory shares must remain.
