Since 1920 we have not only offered our members a roof over their heads, but also many apartments at affordable prices. Today around 1,600 members strengthen the cooperative and take responsibility for their common property.

The success of the cooperative is based on a transparent idea that focuses on reciprocity and a long-term perspective: the members participate in the cooperative's equity with business shares and are therefore not tenants, but co-owners. You do not pay rent, but a usage fee and automatically acquire a right of residence for life. Even if the life situation changes, if children join or move out or if an apartment suitable for the elderly is necessary - when moving to another apartment within our housing stock, we support you personally and directly on site in finding the right living space.

With the usage fees, the members secure the existence and value of their property - the income flows back to the community and continues to guarantee affordable and comfortable living space in the long term.
