Our residential areas

Living in the Blaich

Many apartments from the building cooperative Kulmbach and the surrounding area can also be found in the Blaich district of Kulmbach. In the 19th century, Friedrich Wilhelm Raiffeisen designed the concept of a cooperative association out of an emergency situation. As a result, the reformer developed his idea further and thus became one of the fathers of the cooperative system in Germany and worldwide.
